The international competition for feature films, animations and experimental films starts on 27 September in the Colosseum Center in Kempten, where the grand opening of filmzeitallgäu will take place (at 17.00). Three award-winning films from last year will be shown at the premiere.

From 28 September to 1 October we will show 30 films from all over the world in the original language, arranged into four blocks. Non-English language films will have English subtitles.

At the award ceremony on 2 October, starting at 7 PM, the jury will present a compilation of their nominated films and announce the winner. The film evening ends with a classic in the original version: CASABLANCA!
